Michuda Construction, Inc. completed the construction of Evergreen Senior Living, a new Assisted and Alzheimer’s Living Community that offers 76 assisted living apartments, as well as memory support in Orland Park, IL. The community includes 40 apartments built as memory care studio apartments.

The Legacy: Memory Support will provide assistance for residents with early-stage dementia in this designated area of the building, designed specifically to maintain security and safety.

As the Senior Living Developer, Michuda engaged various consultants to conduct market studies to support this endeavor. Together with our partner Heritage Group, a leading Senior Living Operator, we currently own and operate the facility.
