PROJECT SCOPE
The project spanned approximately 150,000 square feet and included the following key elements:
Residential Units: Construction of fully accessible residential wings equipped with modern amenities, private rooms, and shared community spaces to support a home-like atmosphere.
Therapeutic and Medical Spaces: Development of therapy rooms, examination rooms, and a small medical suite to provide onsite care and rehabilitation services.
Educational Facilities: Dedicated classrooms and vocational training spaces designed to enhance skill development and learning opportunities.
Common Areas: Creation of spacious dining halls, recreational areas, and gathering spaces to foster community engagement and social interaction.
