SCOPE OF WORK
Michuda Construction was responsible for managing and executing the renovation of Murphy’s Ice Cream Shoppe, which included:
Value Engineering: A Design-Assist approach to optimize costs without compromising on quality.
Custom Signage and Lighting: Installing signage, lighting, and furnishings to elevate the customer experience.
High-End Finishes: Custom millwork, level 5 finishes, and bespoke glass installations to meet the high-end design standards required by the client and the University of Notre Dame.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS

Michuda implemented strategic scheduling, off-hour work shifts, and clear communication protocols to ensure that neighboring businesses and shoppers were not affected by the construction.
High Standards of Aesthetics and Materials
Murphy's Ice Cream is a step above the rest. Level 4 finishes throughout include custom millwork, cabinetry, casework, floors, and baffles.
