As the General Contractor, Michuda Construction managed the installation of a new generator pad and the subsequent placement and connection of a backup generator system at O'Hare Airport. This project was essential to bolster the airport’s backup power capabilities and ensure continued operations during power interruptions.

  • Site Preparation: Excavation and preparation of the generator pad, ensuring proper grading, compaction, and compliance with all structural and regulatory requirements.
