01 / TEAM + SELF-PERFORM
Built by people who know healthcare. Period.
Michuda’s project teams and substantial self-perform union workforce spend their careers inside healthcare. Not one project here and another market there. Healthcare. Day in and day out.
That concentration of experience shapes the way our job sites operate— and the way our people think. Always striving for better safety, better efficiency, and less disruption.
The environment becomes second nature
Our people know how to work around patients, clinicians, facilities teams and critical hospital operations because it is the environment they work in day in and day out. Our crews have been carefully selected to perform at the highest level in healthcare. That experience shapes every decision we make—in the field and in the office.
02 / RAISE THE STANDARD
The same standards at every scale
From complex interiors to major expansions
The same people who know how to work inside an operating hospital also know how to build beyond its walls.
From complex renovations and infrastructure upgrades to additions, expansions and larger healthcare capital programs, Michuda brings the same healthcare-first discipline to every scale of work.
Because whether we’re renovating a critical department or expanding a campus, the responsibility is the same: understand the operation, anticipate what can go wrong and build without losing sight of what the facility is there to do.

03 / SMART
Repetition builds judgement
Our carpenters, laborers, superintendents and project managers do not drop into healthcare occasionally. They work in hospitals and clinical environments repeatedly, over time, and that repetition builds judgment.
They understand containment because they have built it hundreds of times. They understand that a clean corridor is more than good housekeeping. They know how noise, access, dust, vibration and a small field decision can affect people well beyond the immediate work area.
That kind of awareness does not come from a single orientation. It comes from doing the work again and again in the environments that demand it.
