PROJECT OUTCOME Michuda Construction, Inc. successfully delivered Terrace Gardens Assisted Living, a state-of-the-art 2-story precast facility that expands the care continuum for the North Suburban Campus of Bethany Methodist Communities. This modern facility enhances the community's ability to provide senior living with specialized amenities and care services tailored to residents' diverse needs.

PROJECT SCOPE Michuda Construction provided pre-construction planning and Construction Management at Risk services for the Terrace Gardens Assisted Living facility. The project included the construction of 52 beautifully appointed studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with integrated nursing services. Additionally, the project featured the renovation of an adjacent existing Assisted Living facility to complement the new construction.

Key Elements of the Project:

  • Apartment Suites: Development of 52 residential units, including 12 specialized for memory care residents.

  • Amenities: Addition of common areas including a fitness center, library, private dining facilities, barber and beauty salon, and spa.
