PROJECT SCOPE
The scope of the renovation included the complete build-out of a new EP Cath Lab to expand the hospital’s advanced electrophysiology services.

Infrastructure Integration:
Installed new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, medical gases, and electrical conduit.
Integrated pre-installed infrastructure from the adjacent EP Cath Lab project, maximizing efficiency and reducing overall costs.
Room Construction and Equipment Support:
Framed and constructed a dedicated control room and equipment room.
Installed new Unistrut ceiling supports to accommodate medical equipment and booms.
Interior Finishes:
Completed with new ceilings, durable wall finishes, and flooring to meet hospital-grade specifications.
