PROJECT OVERVIEW Michuda Construction served as the Construction Manager for the development of Advocate Health Care's Medical Office Building in Frankfort, Illinois. The facility was designed to provide a centralized location for a range of healthcare services, emphasizing both functionality and a welcoming environment for patients and staff. PROJECT SCOPE

• Site Development: Michuda coordinated the preparation of the two-acre site, including extensive grading, underground utility installations, and stormwater management systems. The site design incorporated strategic landscaping and hardscaping features to create a visually appealing and functional exterior.
  

• Structural Components: The facility was constructed using a robust steel-frame system combined with precast concrete floors and reinforced masonry walls. The building envelope included high-performance glazing systems and energy-efficient exterior cladding, enhancing durability and reducing operational energy costs.
  

• Interior Construction: The interior spaces were tailored to accommodate a variety of medical practices, including flexible office suites, patient examination rooms, diagnostic labs, and consultation areas.
